This notice explains how ZARYARD uses information you provide when you request a free Business Growth Assessment or contact us.

Information we receive

We receive the contact details and business information you choose to share in the assessment form, email, phone call or WhatsApp conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to understand your enquiry, review the areas described in your assessment, prepare a short written summary, and contact you about the findings or a possible next step. Completing the assessment does not commit you to a paid project.

Tools involved

The assessment opens on Tally. Form submissions are routed through Make into ZARYARD’s Airtable lead system so we can review and respond. If you use the WhatsApp link, the conversation takes place through WhatsApp. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need, subject to applicable requirements. You can also choose not to submit the assessment and contact us directly.
